Mentor
Mentoring is a form of teaching that includes walking alongside the person you are teaching and inviting him or her to learn from your example.
In practice this means a Mentor will discuss your business with you, ask questions and make suggestions based on their knowledge. It is up to the Entrepreneur to decide which suggestions to take on board and carry out any additional research and work required to take the company forward.
