Shareholder Agreement
A document that is shared between all shareholders that states (amongst other things) how the shares are to be managed, company to be run, limitations on the directors, and what happens on company sale. The shareholder's agreement is usually a private document and not public knowledge.
The Shareholder Agreement should be read in conjunction with the Memorandum of Association of the company.
